Diary Of A Virgin Cleanser: Part 3

Here is my friend Marcie's next installment of her cleansing diary. Due to her schedule conflicts, it has been awhile since she posted. Hope you enjoy!


By the time I went in for my third cleanse I was feeling wonderful. It had been about a week and a half between my second and third cleanses due to the upcoming Easter holiday and me always being busy. I felt like Id been cleansing for years by the time I went in for my third one. The biggest thing Id like to share about my third cleanse is that this was a milestone cleanse for me. Char had told me for many people the third time was literally "the charm" and this was no different for me. I could not believe how much waste came out. The first two cleanses literally loosened up all the gas and waste blocking the real stuff and during this cleanse, the real stuff was released! It was wonderful and I felt wonderful! I couldnt wait to continue cleansing, losing and feeling better!
